Whenever I have leftover egg yolks left after making meringue, I feel bad about just throwing them away. I hate wasting food so I’m always on the look out for recipes that use only egg yolks. I’ve searched the internet for recipes using only egg yolks, and I’ve also made some too, and I’ve brought them all together on this page.
