It happens a lot, you buy a bunch of bananas with all the best intentions, but the days go by and you end up with a few stragglers that have turned into ripe bananas covered in brown spots. Some people love eating bananas when they get like this, I'm not one of those people so I need some go to recipes to use up my ripe bananas.
